The term protein may have often we hear even since we were little because the protein is one part of a healthy diet. Proteins play an important role in the structure and function of all living cells and viruses. Vegetable Protein
Plant foods contain no cholesterol which can raise blood cholesterol levels who took risks to the heart. Besides the meat does not contain dietary fiber. Fiber sources are plant foods, especially fruits, vegetables, and nuts. Where dietary fiber has an important role the body needs to expedite the process of spending leftover food from the gut.
