The term protein may have often we hear even since we were little because the protein is one part of a healthy diet. Proteins play an important role in the structure and function of all living cells and viruses. Lack of protein makes a person vulnerable to disease and will be easy to get sick. It is therefore recommended for meat eggs and milk was given early on. High-quality animal protein is vital for the formation of the brain since the child was still a fetus until the age of 2 years

Vegetable Protein
Plant foods contain no cholesterol which can raise blood cholesterol levels who took risks to the heart. Besides the meat does not contain dietary fiber. Fiber sources are plant foods, especially fruits, vegetables, and nuts. Where dietary fiber has an important role the body needs to expedite the process of spending leftover food from the gut.

From the results of these studies found that rabbits that received animal protein increases the weight faster than rabbits that received only vegetable protein. Furthermore, a separate study conducted by McKay money from the University of Berkeley, showed that rabbits who get vegetable protein, healthier and live twice as long.
